Pastor's Message

Welcome to the website for Trinity Lutheran Church, Auburn, Illinois.

In my 24 years of serving churches as pastor, I have been blessed to have met a lot of people at many different stages in life with one thing in common — a desire to know the Lord Jesus Christ and to have the assurance of salvation in Him. Trinity, Auburn, is a wonderful model of what a local congregation is to be about — people coming together to worship God, eager to learn about Him and His great love for us centered in Jesus, and so willing to support and encourage one another in the Christian faith.

With the recent pandemic, our congregation has added the streaming of worship services (which then goes to recording for on-demand viewing) which is a wonderful blessing for those not able to come at our normal worship time. I hope you will be blessed by the Word of God if you choose to worship virtually. Also, I invite you to reach out to me if you have any spiritual questions or challenges as I always enjoy such visits.

Life is a journey. God’s blessings abound throughout our journey. I hope that you will take advantage of these opportunities for worship, conversation, and fellowship and so receive God’s blessings!
