A special SERVICE OF
THANKSGIVING TO GOD will be held in both the 8:00 and the
10:15 Divine Worship Service on Sunday, July 13th. We
will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Pastor Harre’s
ordination and the 50th anniversary of Pastor Woodworth’s
ordination into the pastoral ministry of the Lutheran Church Missouri
Synod. Both services will be identical.

A RECEPTION will be held for members of Trinity between the
two services from 9:00-10:15 in the M/P Room under the direction of
Trinity’s Hospitality Committee with pastries, muffins, fruits, and drinks
available. This time allows those who worship at 8:00 to stay for the
reception and those who attend at 10:15 to come early if they wish.
There will be no Adult Bible Classes this Sunday and a shortened Sunday
School from 9:30-10:00.

The celebration planning is under the direction of the
Congregation Chairman, Jim Bandy, and the Congregation Elders, Rodger Lubben,
Dave Ladage, and Will Wietfeldt.

The Rev. Wesley Reimnitz of the Central Illinois District
office of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod will be the Worship Leader
and Preacher in both services and will make a presentation on behalf of
the C.I.D. president, the Rev David Bueltmann.

Your presence to give thanks to God for and to hear His Word about
pastoral ministry and to greet Pastor and Mrs. Woodworth and Pastor and Mrs.
Harre is an appropriate and adequate gift.
