Teresa Todt is the full-time Director of Trinity's G.R.O.W. in the SON Beyond-School Program. She resides in Farmersville, IL. Teresa received her Associate's Degree from Lincoln Land Community College and her Bachelor's Degree from Greenville (IL) College. She has had nine years of teaching experience.
She is married to Garry Todt and the mother of two children. Teresa is a member of the Christian Church and brings energy and enthusiasm to the program as well as a Christian Faith perspective.

Gena Rutkowski is the Assistant Director of Trinity's G.R.O.W. in the SON Beyond-School Program. She resides in Springfield, IL. Gena received her Bachelor's and MAT Degrees from Western New Mexico University. She has five years teaching experience.

In addition to her duties as Assistant Director of G.R.O.W., Gena teaches high school English at Ursuline Academy. She is a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Springfield where she is a Sunday school teacher and choir director. Gena is committed to serving the Lord through her involvement with the G.R.O.W. Program and brings energy, knowledge and creativity to her position.
