Director June Callarman
June Callarman is the full-time Director of Trinity’s G.R.O.W. in the Son Beyond School Program. She resides
in Virden, Illinois. She is working toward a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Education at
UIS. She and her family are members of Grace Southern Baptist Church in Virden. She has taught 1st and
2nd grade Sunday school for 3 years; June also directed the children’s church for one year. She has been
working in the G.R.O.W. in the Song program for nearly 5 years; during that time, she has served as the
Co-director for the summer program and the assistant director during the 2010-2011 school year.
June is married to Ken and they have two sons, Jacob, 17 years old and Adam, 13. She is in the second year
of homeschooling her youngest son, Adam. June is committed to serving the Lord through her ability to build
relationships with children and brings knowledge, creativity and energy to the program.
